Walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything from the corridors and other rooms. I woke up multiple times during the night just because someone was coughing

The street was not the best one but it’s location was good. 3 min walking from metro station. The reception lady was nice. The room was clean

It is a small room, with no view. Also f some one was in an adjacent room, you could here them. Luckily the other guests that were there were quiet.

The bed and pillow were good for me. A bit on the firm side. More important though is the woman who checked me in, had to come back after she left, because I could not get myself back in my room. She was great and understanding. The place was also spotless and the sheets and blankets were great. Also super quiet as far as street noise went (like in zero).

If anyone reuquests twin room, this isn't guaranteed from the moment of booking, so anyone could have the surprise to arrive at the location and receive a one small bad room or one medium size bed room. The sounds in one room can be very easy heard from the next room. Some small bathrooms with no window outside and an unpleasant smell. Not good price/quality report.

Good location, close to many touristic attractions and to Atocha railway station. Walking distances to Prado museum, to Thyssen Bornemiza, to Plaza Mayor as well as to Plaza San Miguel. Also walking distance to Retiro park which is wonderful. Very close to Anton Martin metro station.

The check-in time is very late but we were allowed to put our luggage in their lockers.

The bathroom is a little too small, the stairs leading to the hotel are old and winding. The hotel is well located but the immediate surroundings are quite run down.

The construction is not sound proof and there was a lot of noise from the nearby rooms. Also there was complete lack of natural light

The street noise, was mostly every night, garbage collectors, delivery, people screaming. If you are a light sleeper better bring earplugs. At times even with the fan in the room could not cool it down.

The room was spacious and comfortable, great outlets, the TV was good and the balcony gave a good view to the street. Centrally located on the metro 1 to other attractions. great restaurants. The bathroom was spacious and great shower head.

The rustic place was really clean and good. The bed was comfortable, I had a shower in the room. I had a desk too.

The number of plugs in the room is not enough. I was able to find barely one.

The location is great. Easy walkable access to almost all points of interest, city center, places to eat, and shopping. The room was cleaned every day and was really cozy. Simplified access to the building. The room is quite small and if you plan to spend some time indoors, maybe it is not the best solution but for tourists who are all day out exploring, it is a great price vs. quality solution.
