The link on booking.com takes you to the block of flats itself, but the reception is like 10 minute walk from the block. We were just driving around the building for 15-20 minutes trying to figure out where the reception was until we called them. Very stressful as we arrived, due to the late flight, right before the reception closes. And we’ve been told we had 4 minutes to find the reception. The flat itself is very empty, can’t feel comfortable and cosy. It doesn’t look like the one on the pictures

The location is superb 👌 20-minute walk from the town centre. And right across the road from the beach. The flat is huge and very clean. Everything you need is there.

The person at the counter was very friendly and helpful. We had some questions and they were all answered. We requested sheets and towels and they all came wrapped in bags to ensure they would remain clean. I was very pleased with the customer service.

Building structure needs some works to fix access to emergency exit and installation of ramps. Lift is tiny and quite old. There are two. The apartment has basic items but could do a bit better with providing a bin for the bathroom, hand soap, hairdryer, mat for the bathroom, and sheets for the beddings. But you can pay for a package of linens and that is quite clear during the booking so it was alright.

Spacious, bright apartment, beautiful view. Awesome for families. Charming location, stunning sea, swimming pool and trees. My God the apartment was so so clean, unbelievable! Really enjoyed this. Nice attentive hosts.

The kitchen did not have an oven and some of the door knobs did not work well. The place was nice but could use a little TLC. No major complaints except it would have been nice to have an oven and a few more items in the kitchen.

Great location and fantastic view! Parking was not a problem, lots of restaurants in the area. We were able to take a Ferry to another village. Lots of gift shops and supermarkets within walking distance.

Not sure if its normal but i was shocked to know we had to pay for linen( bedsheet, pillow case) and towels(which is okay). Ofc its mentioned in the description which i clearly missed( i admit my fault) but even if i knew, it would seem a bit odd for me and I would’ve probably booked another place as we dont normally go on holiday abroad carrying linens.

Parking is really difficult in august. I had to block other cars, or others blocked me, as most of the time there are no parking place available. Apartment i got is that one from 5th floor and was not that one you can see in the pictures, furniture is old and need some attention.

Nice view from the 5th floor apartment. Close to the beach. Well fitted with almost everything you need for a family with kids.

Can't recall anything really missing or broken or whatsoever.

Accomodation was easy to find and get into it. Beach is really close by (100m). Appartment itself has enough space at every bedroom wich are on the inner side of the yard, so no night noise. View from main room is terrificly good. Kitchen has all needed appliances, though no dishwasher, though we only made breakfasts there, spanish restaurants around were too good.

The interior design of the apartment is very poor. Old, simple furniture. The atmosphere in the apartment is far from cosy. It's ok for a short stay but I wouldn't like to spend the whole holiday here. The entrance to the building is covered with bird excrement which is rather disgusting. Far from the center of Blanes.

Kitchen in the apartment is well-equipped. The view from a part of the building above the third floor is astonishing. The apartment was quite clean. Two bathrooms are also useful. Close to the beach.

We arrived later than check in time, and it was difficult to find someone to organise our check in process. We needed to go to a camping from our apartment to find our key. As the people are do not speak English, we could not explain our problem. The phone number are worked, but the person who picked up the phone, could not speak English, therefore he could not help us.

The apartment is good size, and airy. The beach and the shops are close to the apartment.

We didn't have a washing machine, and also on the 10th floor took a little getting used to.

The location because we have a dog so had to use the far end of the beach, the apartment was very clean and spacious had 2 balconies on the front and also from the bedroom... both with fabulous views.
