Pool was dirty. Had ducks swimming in it most days. A resident moaned at me for parking, yet there is no allocated parking, another resident let their dogs use the balcony as a toilet, watching this was not pleasant every day, the same dogs barked a lot early every morning. I had stayed there before, but i wont stay again, it appears to be housing some undesirable people.

We were on the top floor. My husband is a pensioner and there were no lifts - property was half empty - why wasn’t we on the ground floor?

Apartment was spotless on arrival. Pool area also very well kept. Kids pool was perfect for our kids and we were the only ones there most days! Very comfortable beds, even the sofa beds in the lounge.

When we arrived the curtain in my boys' room was hanging off, there was a big piece of metal work protuding from the wall near the bed head which we had to cover with a scrunchy for safety. Though the cleaners did try hard at the superficial clean, both my husband and I had the misfortune of looking down the sink with the light on, the drain was absolutely filthy, and I had to brush my teeth with the lights out for a week. The worst part was the toilet, there was a very strong stink of sewage every time we flushed it. We knew we had booked 3 star accommodation, and were expecting it to be simple. Things could easily have been improved with some deep cleaning. Also, we were on the top floor and it was a lot of steps with no lift. The corridors outside the room are clearly never cleaned so I cleaned our own doorstep of chewing gum. We were right on the top floor, it's possible other apartments were much better.

The reception staff were friendly and the room was ready on arrival. The pool was lovely, big and clean and not very busy. There was easy access to Puerto Pollensa, a 15 minute walk, for a reasonable price. The beds were comfortable and the aircon was welcome.

On site shop did not have very good stock and the shop over the road is just a rip-off do not buy from them. turn left at the roundabout 5 min walk to a supermarket

The beds were uncomfortable, it is a longer walk to the town & beach than we thought meaning there was only 1 little shop (expensive) and 1 resteraunt for us to go to (Which was a nice one) There are ants everywhere! Room cleaning was just "Making the bed" No new bed sheets, towels or toilet paper were provided, The bar closed at like 12pm on 2 of the days when an older woman was working it? The little stoves in the room are awful, they don't cook properly. It stated that there was entertainment staff but there was no entertainment on at all, this was the reason we booked, because the kids would have some evening entertainment but there was none at all, finally the "Park" on site was a run down slide & a small climbing frame inside what looked like prison fences

Staff were friendly, the pools were lovely! Rooms were a decent size, Air con was very powerful! And there was lots of cats, One especially called Siri who was a very handsome boy!

Second bedroom was extremely small with only one single bed and a pull out trundle bed and not the two single beds as advertised, no space when pull out bed being used and you had to crawl in from the bottom if each bed. Cracked sink, shower door seal not well maintained, 2nd bedroom door damaged, varnish on inside of front door and floor

Pool size was good,well maintained grounds, excellent location for bus stops and local minimarket. Main bedroom and balcony size was good. Towels changed frequently and apartment cleaned regularly. Aircon was excellent

Clean, Comfortable, lovely helpful and friendly staff. Quiet and in a great location. Close to supermarket and a couple of places to eat. !5 minute easy walk to sea front.

Bathroom really needed a little bit of renovation/TLC. Twin beds were quite small and not the most comfortable (the single beds), felt more suited to a child than an adult length wise. No plates in my apartment, but lots of other crockery & bowls which was a bit odd.

Easy to reach location, short walk from town - really nice pool area, and spacious balconies. Friendly staff, and clean apartments. Felt the price was fair for what you get.

It was sold to me as having 2 twin rooms and a sofa bed. It said it slept 6. The 2nd room was extremely small and only 1 guest stayed here the other slept on sofa

Great size apartment with large balcony, not too busy. The walk to the centre wasn't too bad and great to have onside parking.
