Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I definitely suggest to go to 18+ spa "orhidee". In general do not expect superior luxury, but all they have is in good shape, you'll get decent experience. There is free of charge electric car loading available as well.

EstoniaThe room was so small that in order to reach one of the beds, you have to squeeze yourself between desk and bed. Due to room problem the only chair (collapsible) was hidden in the locket. We went to the morning swimming at 7. There is huge sign "Ujula" - "Swimming" and behind the corner a door with the same sign. We entered the door and really there was pool. Afterwards however we got a reprimand from the women in full Russian, that we entered the wrong door. Well, keep the door locked then and put some corrects signs.
The ladies at the reception were very helpful and positive. The room was clean and quiet. The SPA area was nice and has different saunas, all them actually worked. The breakfast was good but nothing very special. The was morning sauna from 6 and swimming from 7. We visited also some historical spots around the hotel.

EstoniaThe bathroom ventilator made horrible noise. The bathroom lamp needed 30 seconds to light up. No shower gel in the shower... The breakfast did not contain omlet... Only boiled eggs... The spa was good, but not excellent - everything lacked just a little bit of that something....
The bed and pillows were very good and comfortable... Slept like a baby :) The billiard tables. The dance club. The in-house shop. The breakfast had freshly made pancakes. Abundant smoking facilities... (although I quit a while ago)

EstoniaIt would be great to have a bathtub instead of shower. The lobby and public areas are a bit dated design wise - more like end of 90’s and beginning of 00’s The noise insulation could be a bit better. Hopefully you will have quite neighbours. I would suggest to have a look at the lunch / dinner buffet before paying for it - it may not be your favourite type of food. A-la-Carte menu had good options at reasonable prices and good quality of food.

EstoniaWhat really annoyed me was the fact that most of the visitors there didn't wear a mask (although it was required then) and the staff members didn't pay any attention to that.
I liked the wellness centre, it was really nice (lots of things to do and not too many people). We stayed in a junior sweet, which was ok as well.

United KingdomAs a spa hotel we did not gey an offer for free mask but we had to buy it .In a restaurant Mia Mare our waiter completletly messed our dinner.we had to wait a long , and chase on few occations for a main and at the end he said sorry but half of our orrder was not given to the kithchen, but few minutes we about to go our mains were ready!kids menu he did not advised stock availability as well as complenent was not provided from the very beginning compare to other 4 previous dinners in the same restaurant.I believe due to a different stuff.

Standard hotel-spa with very good breakfast. Our room was with good size for two people, suitable for friends and/or family more than for a couple. The room was clean and everything necessary, except slippers, was provided. Swimming, visiting spa and gym was included.
