Nothing really, it perfectly served the purpose. There is no restaurant in the hotel for dinner, but there are plenty of places to eat around.

The hotel is in a very nice part of the city with lots of cafes and shops. The room was super clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was quite good too.

The shower could get some attention - the shower head was leaking, and the little handle switching the water power was broken. The switch from the shower to the tap was also not functioning. The pillows need to be replaced. They lost their shape a long time ago. The same goes for the bed sheets - they were pretty rough.

The central heating was on full blast 24 hours. I asked how to turn it down, and was not given the proper answer. There seemed to be no way to modulate it, other than by opening the window wide....an awful waste of energy. Also, the pillows have no body or support whatsoever.....they are almost flat, and as soft as cotton-wool. At least ONE pillow should be a little firmer and more supportive. Again, I asked, and was given an extra pillow....but it, too, just went flat. One more weak point: the breakfast coffee is now all from a machine, and not as good as the freshly made pots of coffee used to be. Very poor flavour and strength, whichever button one presses!

The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet and efficient, with pleasant rooms.

We missed having a kettle and tea/coffee facilities.

It was in the town centre with all facilities including transport very close by. We had a room at the back of the hotel so it was quiet despite being beside a lift and having corridor on two sides. The room was small but adequate and clean. Room service was efficient. Good choice for breakfast.

Parking spot cannot be reserved, which is bad for the guests who have driven for a few hours to get there. There should be an option to reserve a parking spot and be informed that all are booked in order to search for alternative in advance and not after you arrive in the dark, tired and with all the luggage. Or simply write that there is no parking.

Room view was not particularly attractive (high rise building opposite the room). Bed linnen of mediocre quality.

Decent room with airco, desk and small fridge. Excellent wifi available. Good bathroom with shower only. Breakfast cost was €10 extra and excellent. Also nice clean breakfast room. Underground parking was very helpful.

Nothing I can think of. The hotel was what you’d expect for one at that price point. Kettle in the rooms for teas etc would be very handy. Not sure if that’s not done in Germany.

Staff were very helpful. Additional asks were attended to swiftly without any complaints. Included breakfast was sufficient, nothing fancy, but it does fill you and exactly what you expect from a hearty breakfast.

Substantial breakfast buffet with a good variation. Very Nice room for three people, high standard. A lot of restaurants and shops in the area. A Nice please for accommodation if you don´t want to sleep in central Bonn, 2 minutes to the tram and 5 minutes to the train.

It was a bit noisy if I open my window but once you close the heavy curtain it was okay. Also I planned to work in the room until check out but was not possible because it was too warm in the room.

Breakfast was nice and offers many selection. I like the special touch of offering the right cup for cappucino and glass for latte machiato. The bed was comfortable and I also like that there were two pillows. The bathroom is clean and seems newly renovated. Location was very close to the station and the room was a bit tiny but just right for a couple of nights.
