not the happiest or friendliest of welcomes when i arrived. it seems the hotel is run by a catholic foundation with chapel on top floor, a bust of a pope/bishop in the foyer and a cross in the bedroom.

The breakfast coffee could be better. It wasn't at the same high standard of the excellent breakfast. It wasn't very warm, and was a bit bitter.

Room was business double reasonable size for couple of nights with light luggage. Friendly staff, we did not take breakfast option and parking was available at daily charge. Location is perfect, walking distance from centre.

We originally booked a business double room, but this was really small and cramped. There were no cupboards, only one bedside table, and not enough room to get past one another. We ended up upgrading into a large suite, and this was really spacious. The lady on reception was very helpful in finding us this larger room.

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean.

The rooms are all rather small, and mine was certainly too cramped for a double room. More problematic, in addition to the ubiquitous bible in one of the cupboards, there was also a wooden cross affixed to the wall. This hotel is part of an explicitly catholic chain (Kolping, whose buste is in the lobby), which I feel should have been mentioned in the listing. Customers will expect their hotel room to be a neutral space.

This is a well-run, spotless hotel with above par breakfast facilities, and very friendly and competent staff. The location, at the edge of the city center is ideal for visiting the inner city and its parks and lake. The room made ingenious use of the limited area by creating storage places in unexpected places and was well lit. The sanitary facilities were quite satisfactory.

The room was in front of the street and when the window was open during the night it was noisy, alsoi in the morning - the cars were heard. There was limiting choice of coffee for breakfast - in fact only black with cold milk.

There could have been better information about the parking arrangements. We had to park our car far away in order to chack-in, as we were not informed about where to place our car.

This was a hotel with a great location close to the historic town center. It had an underground garage for cars, with a lift direct into the hotel. The room was spacious, and it was possible to arrange for a good sleeping temperature. Great German breakfast!

Everything was fantastic!

What a wonderful hotel. We had a great room, large, modern and beautifully appointed with a small balcony. 😀 Staff were helpful. Really well located for exploring the old town area of Münster.

- The pillows were too thin and even with a second one they were too thin. - It was pretty expensive for what it was (although we were in Münster on a very busy weekend). - The backout curtains didn’t really black out the room. - The church bell rings super loudly at 7 AM every morning. Not the hotels fault but good to know before you go!
