Cleaning of the room should have been done more frequently. Only once in 7 days towards the end of stay.

It was comfortable stay, its quite a good place with everything available nearby. I could cook at room for most of my stay.

The knife is not that sharp, the shower water pressure is quite weak but functional. The flat-screen TV is only a TV channel, and cannot be used for Youtube or Netflix unfortunately.

The apartment is located exactly right to the Train station S Bahn Karlshorst, just a minute by walk as well as the supermaket which is right next to the building. It is really convenient to go to the city center and to the airport by public transport. The kitchen is all well equipped. I could cook everyday during my stay. The room is cozy and comfortable 😄

The central heating was a bit too high for our taste which meant you had to open the window to counter it as you could not switch it off. That meant hearing the traffic and potentially the trains passing by. It was not a big deal for us but it could have been in summer. As for the furnishing of the room itself: the room was only provided with one pillow and a single duvet even though we booked a double room, so we had to sort that out on our arrival (it was quickly fixed though). The room was not provided with any of the cushions you see on the bench in the pictures. Although the bathroom was okay the shower screen did not seal properly and therefore the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor every time we used it. These were minor annoyances and we were still satisfied with the room overall, but we though we would let people know.

The accommodation's location is really convenient, right next to an S-Bahn station, several supermarkets and a superb Thai restaurant across the road. The room provided enough space for two people, with modern furnishings and essential amenities. Everything was super clean. The kitchenette and the bathroom were nice and clean. The staff was helpful when we contacted it via telephone on our arrival. While the room offered good value for money, a slightly lower rate would have enhanced its appeal. Despite this, our stay was enjoyable and hassle-free, and we would consider returning in the future.

Cleaning is once a week only. There was no hot water for a couple of different days but they fixed the problem soon.

Very well located. S bahn station and tram stop are right next to the hotel so one can easily get to any part of the city. The apartment was fully equipped with all necessary facilities. Our stay was very comfortable.

Room is comfortable, but smartments needs to touch up after some years (walls get dirty, shower and sink calc, overused frying pan with damage, stain on seating pillow, etc.). Someone recently came to clean the windows and check the fire alert system though...It is quiet inside, but if you are unlucky your neighbours move the bed a lot, so your mattress moves too since the beds are attached to the wall. Also the internet didn't work on my laptop at arrival. Then reception said you have to call the hotspot helpdesk and explain the problem (in German) and they promise to call you back. Turned out the redirect link was false. Https instead of http, which I found...Maybe it helps.

The location is convenient next to trams, s3 and buses. Good variety of shops in the neighbourhood. Easy entry and exit. Well equipped utility room with vacuum cleaner, drying racks, etc. Lots of storage space in the room. Television is not the most modern for furnished apartments, but a good supply of channels.

They had reduced the water presure on the shower and you hardly could get a shower. Also the it had a problem that the temprature of the water changed during shower and i got burned. You hardly could get a shower. I complained twice and nothing changed.

Being so close to the station has its drawbacks. The rooms are very warm (we stayed in November while it was very cold) so you need the window open to cool the room down, but the tram and train run all night. You may want to bring earplugs. There is also a fan included which does help somewhat. The bed wasn't to my liking but was okay for a short stay.

The location couldn't be beat in terms of transport methods. This is next door to the s-bahn and a tram stop. The kitchenette includes a fridge, induction hob with utensils and cutlery, toaster and microwave so is great if you intend to make any of your meals yourself. Aldi is a short walk down the road. There's also a cafe connected to the apartments, so although it says breakfast isn't included it's not difficult to get something nice to eat before you start the day.

There was nobody at checkin desk at weekend. So it was quest for 20 minutes to checking with devices, with said 'bad internet connections, try again'. The room is really small. Fire detectors can't make any romantics even with candles. We get 3 boxes of coffee for 2 persons for 5 days. Funny, yeah (but guests could by additions at reception desk, if found somewhere there. Garbage? Please self-service. Instructions? At reception desk ;-) And lights at room (122) → you should turn them all on/off, but not part. this rooms not for romantics, really :)

Location is great. Really it's amazing place for fast transfer to everywhere. Check-in was not easy, because of we can't find card activator. But it was fine. At the first floor there was a good caffe. Internet (wi-fi) is nice everywhere (no troubles with work remote) Where was everything as in description of property. You should find beer and bottle of water at your room. Easy access, easy checkout, silence neighbours and wide walls. Thanks for apartments. Great place for staying if you want predictable self-service hotel

The café is currently closed so there's no breakfast option, nor was there staff in the hotel at the time of check-in. But the kitchen in the room and the door key check-in compensated for that. Be aware that it takes 20 minutes by the nearby train to reach the city center.

Family came over from the USA to stay in Berlin. They enjoyed the stay very much. Clean, easy check-in, professional. Considering it was also a relatively affordable option, there's really no reason to complain. Train stop is literally around the corner.

I absolutely love the location. it's one step away from the S-bahn and the tram. Theres also plenty of supermarkets and cafes around the hotel.

The sheets in my bed were heavily worn. Poor water pressure in the shower.

The apartment has everything you need: cooking utensils, tiles, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and refrigerator. Everything works and is in good condition. There is a laundry room in the house. You can use it for an additional fee. It is like a full-fledged studio apartment. The photos are fully consistent with what is actually there. The sheets and towels were clean. Overall it is cozy and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful.

I stayed there for 6 nights and there was not once housekeeping done. At least once in 3 days is reasonable. Bed is a little uncomfortable. Hurts the back. The receptionist does not understand any language other than German.

The location is perfect, close to the train station (< 100 metres). Its a quiet and a very safe neighbourhood. The room has all the necessary amenities and the view from the room is beautiful. There are few supermarkets that are located very close to the apartment building. Overall, a very nice experience.
