Very “compact” room. Not much space to even open a suitcase.

No physical presence on the street level (you have to ring the bell or use your room key to enter the ground floor then ride the elevator to the first floor to reception). Only one staff member on duty for check in so there was a line. Bed was not very comfortable for multiple nights.

The minimalist design that provided all the essentials with no wastage on small items seldom used - such as room telephone, minor toiletries, in room tea and coffee. The decor designer rooms were startling in their boldness and clean lines of execution. Daring contrast of colours (yellow and pink). Much appreciated. We enjoyed real coffee, available on demand 24/7 in the dining room, instead of in-room ersatz coffee from a plastic packet.

Clean,comfortable bright🤗!!! But surprising do not here trains as being so close. Some noise from other rooms. I am a senior lady travelling alone and don’t speak German. The staff were excellent at helping me out with any questions. A beautiful historic city💗!!! Also botanical gardens not to be topped. The lake and boats were fabulous!!! Thank you

psychedelic carpets in the hallway were a bit disturbing, also that you have to pay at check-in and then cannot change anything anymore is not so much hotel-like.

Wi-Fi didn’t work in my room, and I’d hoped to have a little more table surface since I was in the higher (medium) category . Floor heater in bathroom didn’t work. But overall a fantastic stay for the money!

Gentleman at front desk after 2200 the night I arrived was HORRIBLE. I asked if they had a bottle opener to which he replied “you can’t take it to your room” to which I replied “no I just want to open it here”. He said “I don’t understand you. Do you understand me?” I said “yes. I just want to open my bottle”. He rolled his eyes and opened my bottle. I said “I’m sorry have I done something to annoy you?” To which he replied “Drama!” and turned away.

Was missing a kettle in the room. But there were free hot drinks in the morning at the lobby.

Amazing for a short stay when travelling by train - located right at the train station. The hotel seams newly renovated, great design. The staff was very friends. Was allowed to bring a dog (for an additional fee), could leave suitcases at the hotel after checking-out. Check-out - until 12.

We needed a place close to the train station to stay during our stopover in Munster. The location is extremely convenient as it is right at the train station. We could also easily walk to the city center to see the sights, and shop at the supermarket downstairs. The facility in the room was more than ok for this price. We were happy with our stay.
