Enjoy my stay , great breakfast, location is perfect, ez access to Mainnheim train station and trams ,plus shopping also walking distance. though the ac not working for entirely our stay of 5 days, but the weather was kind of fine without AC.

The cleaning person took my Pfand bottles without asking . I wanted to return them to get my Pfand Back.

The moquette makes it look a bit old-fashioned and the staff at the entrance wasn't really into English. In any case, kindness in answering made these small issues not a problem at all.

The room had a great view on the main square of Mannheim with a great balcony. The room was clean and the size of the bed and the facilities is very adequate. The moquette on the ground makes it feel a bit old-fashioned, but it is good overall.

The carpet floors (are a little old/dirty) as in any hotel with carpet floors. It’s an impressive building from another century which gives it its luxurious charm! Everything else in the hotel and our room was very clean and neat!

Loved the incredible location, right in the heart of the city and next to the water fountain. Big room with high ceilings and the most comfortable bed made our stay so peaceful and relaxing. Our favourite was the exceptionally kind staff (especially the lady at breakfast): so attentive and warm, took great care of us!

Amazing service - they let us check in early and was very nice. The rooms where big and very comfortable. The place is located right in the center with nice wievs to a park. A good recommendation for a Mannheim trip

the shower head kept slipping - showering not a pleasant experience. only the basics provided - terrible shampoo - the worst experienced yet

the location was super for the closness to the conference venue. the rest was average. I'm sure it was a great hotel 30 years ago but the rooms are rather tired now

The room was rather warm during the night. We had to adjust the thermostat to be able to be comfortable. Maybe this was due to the unseasonably beautiful weather and warm temperatures. While it did not bother us, there were some people partying outside. Light sleepers might have a problem with it. The signage in the hotel was a bit lacking. We found the elevators by accident the first time. It was the same for the breakfast area.

The Parkhotel 1901 has a fantastic location as it sits just opposite the old city water tower. Additionally, it is not far from many restaurants, the train station, a bike rental stand and tramway stops. The breakfast was well stocked and had a surprising variety. The price for the breakfast was also reasonable. We enjoyed it quite a bit. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. There were multiple elevators that serviced the different floors.

Close to the railway station and centre of town. By the Water Tower which has a pleasant garden/green.

The corridors were smelling strongly of rose scented room freshener. Some of the fittings in the room (luggage rack) shower tap, etc need to be renewed. Piano bar was not lively, could use some upgrading..

Location is very central, architecture has an old time grandeur.. It will not last long since I heard they will modernize this year.

Parking is not included so we need 18 euros extra for parking (more than 12 hours), and the public parking is not very clean. It's a bit dark at night.

The location is perfect, just next to the Wasserturn and city centre, we can walk to most of the attractions by foot. The room is bigger than we expected, and the room is very comfortable and quiet.

The view from the window, it was the wasserturm, just outside and ilnuminated ar night. Also a very grand entrance, style 1900 and its charm.

Smells when entering the room from the pipes - they need a cleaning - and the pillows were not good at all
