The room was clean, large, clean, the only thing missing was a fridge and a closet. If you stay a few nights there is nowhere to put your clothes. The location is excellent

The location of the hotel is very nice. Overall it was clean and tidy and the provided breakfast was also normal. The hotel is noise free and you can rest after busy day.

The hotel was a little worn out, refreshment would be nice. I would say that it is a little overpriced given the actual premises of the hotel.

The plumbing in the toilet wasn’t always the best, we found after flushing sometimes a smell would linger. We didn’t inform staff because we figured there would be little they could do. Small things like there being no kettle and the beds being two singles pushed together weren’t the best but again, really good for the price and location.

A good space and clean, and the hotel staff were very helpful. They also spoke good English, very helpful for us uneducated brits!

The twin beds could be better, they kept moving apart which is frustrating, especially if you're with a partner. The facilities are maybe a little too basic - could use a kettle for those who like frequent hot drinks. The lift could use some TLC - it took maybe 5 odd minutes to arrive and sometimes we just gave up waiting!

The location was great, close to enough transport options. Nearby numerous landmarks, simple but decent.

Shower was a little tight and cosy. Towels were on a high rack, so if you are vertically challenged, you may need help getting the bath towel.

Location was 5 mins from alexanderplatz u bahn and shopping mall. Very convenient for getting around. Staff were helpful, provided details with how to get early check in. Room was modern.

Breakfast was very nice and extremely enough. There were various kinds of food. It was located in the city center near to all public transportations. The staff was very helpful and kind. The price/effectiveness ratio was vey good.

The immediate neighbourhood of the hotel itself has little character and lacks in cafés, shops, bars, restaurants etc. - unless you are prepared to walk a bit further or travel by S/U Bahn.

Our family room with three beds was very spacious. The central location of the hotel gives you easy access to all of Berlin's tourist sights.

There is a bit strange smell. it is better to take slippers with you, because there are none in the hotel.

Breakfast seating wss a bit chaotic - had to sit at a big table as the smaller ones had been pushed together for groups, then suffered glares and muttering from a staff member when other groups arrived. Could have been easily avoided by keeping a few tables for 2.
