The communication we received from the Hosts was very clear. We had photos showing us exactly how to access the keys and find our own way to our apartment. We didn't meet the Hosts, however everything about the apartment was as we expected. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay near the airport and with easy access to the trains, then this is it. There are supermarkets (Aldi and Rewe) within walking distance as well as eating places nearby. We would stay here again.

Needs better lights near the entrance area that come on automatically or are always on. We had difficulty seeing the door to use the key.

There is not really much that could have been better, the only think that was missing in my opinion was a hair dryer, particularly when you are there in winter and want to dry your hair before you go to the airport. But that was a minor thing.

The location is ideally located very close to the S-Bahn, really just a 5 minute walk, and there are also busses leaving from the train station to the airport, which only took 10 minutes. Also lots of restaurants in the vicinity. The appartment is beautifully styled, nice kitchen and bathroom

Very well presented apartment. We used it because we needed somewhere to stay near Frankfurt Airport. A short walk to and from the railway station. On the S8 and S9 lines, the next stop to the airport. So convenient. We got a day card, rode to and from Frankfurt Hauptbahnoff, later to the airport, all for 11 euros. Nice Italian restaurant nearby. All this meant it was a great decision to stay at Kolev Apartments.

The fact that there are 2 beds in the room, not one for a couple. But it did not cause inconvenience, as we knew about it from the photo.

The location of the apartments is perfect. 2 minutes and you can go to the center, the airport or wherever you need by train or bus. The owner was really helpful. We were very tired after the flight and asked if we could check in earlier. He understood our situation and we were able to check in at 12:30 Comfortable independent check in. It was also very good that there were several different sizes of pillows in the closet. My husband slept on the small one, I chose the medium one.

Everything was great. Perfect location in nice town close to the airport. Take the S8 - 1 stop from FRA (towards Wiesbaden) and then walk 250 m to get there. The river is about 50 - 75 m from the apartment. The apartment is very clean and close to everything (restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, ext…).

a wonderful place that reflects the good taste and care of the hosts. The communication was good, the hosts were flexible, kind and the apartment is equipped with everything a person might need, they even prepared water, coffee and soft drinks for us. There is also a small garden with flowers where you can sit out, but there is also a riverbank and restaurants and shops nearby.

Unfortunately the only 'desk' option did not allow for comfortable work on hte laptop as you could not really put up and unfold it. We told the host upon departure and he said they will replace that furniture as there were similar comments before.

This is a really cosy and homely apartment with all facilities and accessories that you need. Bathroom and kitchen are superb. The location is 300 meters walk from the train or bus station coming from the FRA airport. The location is a very quiet neighborhood. Several restaurants in walking distance. Upon departure we met the host and he was very nice.

Slippery shower, could use a interior non slip mat or strips.

Easy access. So peaceful and convenient to the airport. Very quiet all day and night. Good amount of room to spread out. Some English tv channels would be good but we had our phones so not a huge issue. Lovely town. Supermarket, bakery not far, great food options close by.

Super clean and really well located for the airport (1 stop on the S8 train). The apartment is literally less than 2 minutes from the stain station. There are plenty of places to eat very close by; I’d recommended the Italian restaurant. I had a huge pizza (7.50€) and a glass of Prosecco (less than 5€) so very good prices. There were 2 bottles of complimentary water in the fridge which was a nice touch.

I was traveling alone, so a single bed worked perfectly, but they were separate, so if I were traveling with a partner, that would be less than ideal. But in the end it didn't matter really.

It was so smooth and the instructions were very clear. nice foyer. and not needing to meet a person made the ordeal very independent and easy

Could improve lightning of the key box outside for nigh arrival and direction of the apartment once in the court.

Good location, 5mn walking distance from train station, 3mn and 1 stop from airport every 20mn. 1 turkish fastfood in the street. Very quiet area, private apartment with 2 single beds, nice furniture and well equipped bathroom.

It was so convenient to the airport. It was a very complete apartment of which I didn't have the opportunity to use or enjoy as I ended up just sleeping there.
