The pool area was very clean the water was a good temperature. Shower in room was good very clean plenty of room. All facilities were great.

Directions were a little off .. we drove past the hotel a couple of times before finding it. The distance from the beach meant having to drive although the details said otherwise. The coffee machine was in the wrong place to use whilst filling up the machine was easy to spill water onto the microwave.

Friendly staff at check in, room was small but comfortable and quiet. Downtown was walkable from the property.

Pool was out of order due to a mechanical issue... understand that things happen, but I chose the property on the basis of having access to a pool. The price paid for the room seemed outrageously high for the room I had. Cody does seem like an expensive destination, but had I known what I was getting for the price I paid, I would likely have looked elsewhere.

Location wasn’t great. The room was so small, as the joke goes ‘I had to step outside just to change my mind’. The bathroom sink wasn’t in the bathroom; not enough space to open our suitcases; pillows were the worst (nitpicking, but nothing quite like waking up to neck pain in the morning ). But my biggest gripe : without warning they straight up deducted $100usd from my card ( instead of just putting a hold on the amount ) for incidentals which is weird because there’s no bar fridge in the room. Even though it will get credited back (in 5 days ?) that automatically triggers a foreign currency charge - a tourists worse nightmare.

No towels. Cold water in shower. Asked and held up by person working at desk- asking me for $50.00 more due. No way. I paid in full in advance and had records and confirmation number to prove it. Scam! Also- no Greenwood Inn Hotel signage - as in I mean None whatsoever anywhere on the property, not even a scrap of paper identifying the business- renovation going on- no warning- very poor experience!
