A gem of an B&B.You feel like been sent into the early 1900's.Jimmy et al did everything to make our stay unforgettable. The breakfast was great and included a little history Session. We got hint's what to check out in the City and where to eat. It was an unforgettable (in the positive way)experience

Very friendly staff and unit was clean. but for the price it was good. It looked to have a nice tiki bar area, but we did not get to utilize that as we had friends who were staying near by and we spent most of our time there.

Room as on the small side with no extra outlets. Also it was located directly on US 1 so was a bit noisy with traffic.

continental breakfast was good. The site was clean and friendly. I like that we were able to open our windows. It was cooler outside than what we could get A/C to go.

The beds were too hard/firm. Room view was the back of an empty parking lot. Nothing special. I also wished the air conditioning went further down than 61 degrees.

It would have been nice to have breakfast. With an early appointment, I had no time to walk somewhere to get something to eat, which lead me to have to wait until that afternoon to get food.

The hotel looked modern, but the rooms were dingy. For example, there were spots on the carpet - some of which were kind of sticky, the bath products were empty and never refilled, the pool water was cloudy, etc. Our room had been a smoking room at some point and you could tell. The desk staff were borderline unfriendly (some of the other folks were really nice) The beds were saggy and pretty uncomfortable.
