The location of the property couldn't be better. Times Square, Bryant Park and the New York Public Library are all within a couple of minutes walk. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious and the staff are all super friendly.

The rooms are dated and a bit gloomy. There are no USB charging points so bring a plug.

Breakfast was very good, staff was excellent. Inn just changed ownership 10 days prior. New owner was working the front desk when we checked in and again at breakfast. Needs and will receive updating but I believe in the staff.

I had stayed here in the past however this trip was unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, upon entering the room we noticed that the surfaces were dusty, there was a piece of trash in the closet, there were no soaps next to the sink or in the shower. Clearly the management has an issue with housekeeping. Furthermore, the coffee maker broke and we were only able to make 1 cup of coffee. The staff was courteous and promptly cleaned the surfaces, supplied soaps but was unable to replace the coffee machine. I had originally contacted booking customer service however they did not get back to me.
