Positive section of review
Fabulous staff, very helpful and kind. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Walking distance down to a shopping and restaurant area. Breakfast was lovely. The Front Desk arranged van transfers to and from the Airport, as well as my balloon adventure and a Turkish dinner with a show. All were reasonably priced and punctual.

The airport itself needs an overhaul, but that is not the Hotel's issue...just a Cappadocia issue.

Everything was tip top! Only thing is there was no oil, salt and pepper to cook but literally everything else was great. From the quality of the bed to the little outside space and most importantly the quality of the service of the team.

Nothing that we liked about the hotel. But at the same time, nothing we specifically disliked. Breakfast was a spread of local Turkish stuff, mainly cheeses, like a dozen different kind. Not that fantastic. Staff were also not friendly.

This well positoned hotel is very convenient for Metro and Tram. Staff are friendly and helpful quickly sorting problems when they arise. Good choice of breakfast items. Despite my negative observations we had a good stay.

This can be noisy and busy. Lots of families seem to use this hotel which can make the buffet breakfast very loud and chaotic. The same is true of evening meal with the noise welling up from the dinning area to fill the hotel foyer. Most rooms seem to have the option of being connected to their neighbour. Unfortunately the doors are not soundproof so if you have babies next door with struggling parents it can be very unpleasant. Bar prices seemed to vary depending which member of staff was behind the bar!

More variety in the breakfast. We have stayed in many hotels in Turkey and found that they had a variety for breakfast. I would have like to have menemen or scrambled eggs for breakfast.
