Nice location, easy to get into the apartment, apartment was clean and ready on time. We could get anywhere on foot in under 30 minutes, it's located in nice district of Wroclaw with historical background, we enjoyed exploring neighbourhood.

Noise cancellation from the corridor is bad and we could hear everything unfortunately. The street is noisy as well, but during night it was quite. Also would be good to have more privacy in bathroom.

Desk staff were great, really welcoming and helpful. The hotel room itself was clean and beautifully spacious with high ceilings, and set in a great destination on the edge of the Old Town within walking distance of the river and Kings Castle.

I believe I booked a double room, so a double bed would have been nice rather than 2 single beds, but a minor issue in an otherwise comfortable stay.

The hotel has a grandeur to it that surpasses the pictures. It is truly beautiful. Our room had a patio with lounging chairs. The heated pool and jacuzzi was great after a busy day.

The location is very good, easy to arrive by car and also easy to walk around the center.

Apartments were not very clean - there was dust on the surfaces. Wi-fi did not work at all. I paid for parking in advance, and the owner confirmed that he had received the money and sent instructions about where I could leave the car, but when I arrived at 10:00 p.m. there was another car parked in the parking space in the underground garage. The positive thing is that the next day they offered me a refund for parking.
