Beautiful hotel especially the lobby, corridors and the garden. The staff was ok but not speacially friendly like other 4 or 5 stars I usually do.. The hotel is far from the noise and rush of Tokyo so around 20 to 30minutes from every Tokyo site we wanted to visit but I was already aware of that and choose this hotel specially for that! I like the old way style of the hotel. We were feeling like in the 18th. A tube station is around 10minutes walk from the hotel. Be aware that they are no coffee or restaurant close to the hotel but around 10minutes walk which i did every morning but it was actually really nice and quiet walk that I really enjoyed doing alone! They were also a nice beautiful temple 10min walk too.

The garden was never opened the morning to the public. Very dispapointed as I came for that and it was always open when we were out visiting the city... So no point for me if it is close early morning or closed from 6pm too.. Sanrio park around 1h with train.

Everything about our stay was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived; the staff made us feel special and welcome. Attention to detail was unmatched. The design in the hotel created such a peaceful atmosphere - the lobby, the room and garden. We enjoyed the breakfast and lunch. Every meal we had was a unique culinary experience. Our spa experience was also very special. This was our first stay at a six sense hotel and we can’t wait to explore another location.

Wifi was not great but we didn’t have much need for it.

The location is really convenient, only a short walk from Shinjuku station. Staff is really nice and helpful. They have also collected our luggages before we arrived and they helped when we delivered our luggages to the airport. The room size was ok for the two luggages we had so we did not need to upgrade. The cemetery was not visible from the room as the lower bottom of the window is covered.

The location is really convenient close to the main train station. The staff is really nice and helpful. It was our first time staying in a traditional ryokan and the experience was really unique. The room was nice and comfortable and the shared facilities were cleaned. We also enjoyed the private onsen and we had a dinner at the restaurant on the first floor which was also amazing!

Felt a bit expensive considering some shared facilities including the toilet, but nevertheless, an amazing experience!

As our room is a deluxe twin one, the view is good. You can easily walk to the metro station about 5 minutes. The room is spotless clean. The public bath is rather small but enjoyable. Good breakfast included. We'll certainly stay here again.

The location was great near the train station. Breakfast was very good, lots of interesting Japanese style choices. Perhaps less so if you were expecting Western type breakfast, but lots of choices.

Staff seemed to have limited English so other than very basic questions it was difficult to get information and we didn't have access to a cellphone.

+ Good location. + Somewhat quiet area for Tokyo.

- Parts of the staff didn't really speak English at all. - Not a lot of space in the room to hang and store clothes. - Breakfast wasn't very impressive.

Staff . Considering the location so very near public transport , there are many international guests . Check in staff are not as welcoming as they could be . Bearing in mind it’s a busy hotel it only takes a moment to make a guest feel welcome .
