Loved the authentic Japanese atmosphere, from very cozy tatami and futon room, to the hot bath. to the delicious, very Japanese breakfast (many smallish dishes: daily changing tofu, fish, rice, pickles, tea). The staff were super-friendly. 10-20 mins scenic walk to train station or busy area but nice to get out of the bustle. Very cute and good local tempura place around the corner.

3 minutes walk to Kuramae Station Oedo Line and 8 minutes walk to Asakusa Station Asakusa Line. Quiet neighborhood and close to multiple convenient stores. Public path is available from 3pm till 1am, amenities are refurbished every day. Helpful and friendly staff members. Comfortable bed

The main entrance doesn’t have a flat pathway for suitcase, I had to lift my heavy suitcase to the reception. Staff speaks minimal English, doesn’t have flexible check-in time.

We have had an awesome stay. The accommodation is very traditional and has it’s own flair which we enjoyed a lot. Still, it was very close to Kiyomizu dera temple and Hygashiyama so that you could easiliy walk to get there. We will recommend this to all our friends!

The location is perfect, especially when you want to cycle the Shimanami Kaido. It's a very comfortable place with all facilities you need. The apartment was perfectly clean. Check-in and check-out was easy.
