The staff was very helpful and with excellent English. I had a room in traditional Japanese style, it was huge and comfortable (unless you don't like sleeping on futon). I couldn't go to onsen , but it seemed really nice. And they have really good cosmetics in the bathroom.

Clean and well-mantained facility with appropriate number of bathrooms and toilets. Owners were very friendly and would give suggestions to improve your plans. Clean and simple room with a nice view of the mountains. Free wifi.

Location was just 4 mins from station/subway. Close to restaurants and shops to purchase food. They Alison put out free sake each evening which was a nice touch

We knew the room was going to be small and it certainly was. Just no where to put your stuff. Which meant the surfaces were cluttered. Not much hanging space at all.

How many restaurants were close by. Easy to get to as walking distance to 2 tram stops. Staff spoke English, and the self check in and out was quick and easy.
