The room was clean and organized. The cleaning staff is exceptional with daily emptying of garbage and refreshing the towels. The staff at reception was always welcoming and helpful. The laundry machines were easy to use with posted instructions in Japanese and English. The TV hotel information screen was very informative. It reminds guests of cleaning days, checkout time, weather, etc. The nearest train line is Hibiya line at Hatchoboro Station within 5 min walk.to hotel. Thank you for an enjoyable 9-day stay in Tokyo.

Due to limited space in each room, recommend adding more wall hooks to allow guests to hang more clothing.

One of the best guesthouse I did during my trip. The staff is really friendly and give you a lot of good recommandations, the beds are very comfy. The fact that we have a space where to meet is really helpful. If you’re a solo traveler and want to meet people, is it the best place for it !

The fact we can’t stay at the hostel between 10am and 4pm. If you’re a bit tired and want to sleep on the morning or if you want to come back to the guesthouse before you can’t 😣

Great location 10 mins walk from the station, lovely large Japanese style room and fabulous Onsen facilities. Good variety at breakfast, helpful staff and shuttle back up the hill to the station much appreciated.

Great access to the transport hub, Kyoto Railway Station. Good location to access many places of interest.

Being in a commercial area it was a little way from the cultural centre and historic vibe of Kyoto . Also, we found the bed was much firmer than we like.
