We got the room with the private onsen. The room was perfect, spacious and clean. Onsen only big enough for one person (just). The private outdoor onsen which anyone can use (if no one else is), was fantastic and the highlight of the visit

The only reason this place is not getting a 10 is the food. It was Japanese which was great to try, but breakfast and dinner, both days, was very similar. It would've been nice to have a change from rice, fish and miso. It is a true Japanese experience, which was great, but we've been in Japan for a few weeks now and would've liked a greater variety of options

The apartment was really beatiful and luxurious, the host prepared it perfectly for our group. Water bottles in the fridge, coffee, toothbrushes etc. If I ever get the chance to go to Sapporo again I will try to get booked there again.

Maybe the location is not that good, if you want to eat well or buy things you can expect 10-20 minute walk to center. But its managable and the apartment was well worth it.

Good location and size for value. It had everything we needed. Also, there’s a bar/izakaya very close by called Racco’s Burger, which turned out to be our favourite bar throughout our stay in Tokyo.

Well located hotel with very helpful staff. Clean big and well equipped rooms, very good location close to a bus stop, metro line and many attractions and restaurants.

Positive section of review
The hotel is top located in an office building from the 16th floor and higher. The views over Tokyo are very nice. Metro and shopping area is on walking distance.

- The hotel is outdated. Carpet, bathroom, finishing is on the level of a 3 star hotel and lower. - Breakfast and service during breakfast is also on the level of a 2 star hotel. You have to make your table yourself, choice of food is minimal and their is even not a coffee machine. Those who like in the morning a nice cup of coffee, can get only a not to drink black water from a can. Very poor experience. With some renovation and a better morning approach, this hotel would be again top, as it was in the past.

Very nice small hotel, friendly staff, great location close to two metro lines, clean room with amazing amenities, good breakfast.

Beds marked as double are quite narrow (130cm) - but it was still manageable for us. It can be very challenging for someone over 180cm though.
