Positive section of review
Very comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The reception is only open for a few hours but was very nice and helpful. It is 10-15 minutes walking distance from the more touristy centre. There is a fridge and a small basic bathroom. All in all good value for the price and good place for a short stay.

The suite was spacious, modern, bright and very clean. It's very close to the center of Tinos Chora and convenient for reaching other villages and beaches, due to its easy access to the ringroad . The host was helpful and immediate to our questions. I would definitely recommend it !

a lovely hotel with a very helpful and welcoming host :) the atmosphere was very warm and it’s a great place if you want to be somewhere family oriented. i felt very safe as a solo traveller and will never forget how great the service was! good location from the high st and beach too.

The hotel is in an amazing location. you can walk the entire Athens centre from there. Room decor and cleanliness were amazing, they even offered some reusable water bottles and instant cameras to use during the stay.

bathrooms (including toilets) are just simple frosted glass cabinets - meaning there is no privacy at all. if you stay alone - this is not a bother at all, but if you are with someone it can quickly become uncomfortable. the hotel isn't staffed but you can chat on WhatsApp if you have any issues. however, out of hours, they can't help you with anything. I stayed in one of the upper floors and the air conditioning was set to 26 degrees! that is HOT and uncomfortable. I also I stayed in the pet-friendly room with my cat (relevant). the temperature can not be changed. I contacted someone through WhatsApp and they recommended I sleep with an open window. 1. - I have a cat, I really didn't want him to go missing or fall out from the heights. 2. - the noise level from outside restaurants and bars was at 80 dB! the issue could not be solved until the next day. in addition, we have asked for twin beds and the request was confirmed by the hotel a few days after I made a booking. on arrival, we discovered that they did not give us a twin bed, or extra blankets. I contacted the staff on WhatsApp about this too. at first, they denied ever confirming that I would get a twin room, practically calling me a liar. After I showed them the email with confirmation, they said that there wasn't anything they could do at that moment. after I insisted on a solution, they gave me a second room for that night, which was converted into a twin the next morning, the air conditioning set to 18C without the possibility of changing it. so we were freezing for the next two nights, compared with boiling for the first night.

I’d hardly post a negative feedback about a place, because I’d rather let karma find its way, but this one annoyed and disappointed us in every possible way. If you care enough about the places you stay, avoid this booking at all costs. An apartment like that shouldn’t even be at booking.com. It’s a rundown place. - Bathroom is completely dirty, with lots of hair and even an used bar soap available. - Mould and rust all over. Everything is outdated. - Mattress is very hard and uncomfortable. I woke up after 4 hours and had a massive back pain. Sleeping on a bench at the airport would be better. - The place was booked for a couple and only one towel was provided. However, after seeing the bathroom conditions, we’ve decided to skip shower and we left as soon we could. - There was literally no wifi at all. We got there 11pm. It was the last night of our trip and I ran out of data, so I really needed wifi. In the morning, I had to walk in the streets trying to get some information or wifi in the neighborhood. The place is in the middle of nowhere but I saw a nice elderly man that was up at 6:30am and kindly gave me the bakery directions and from there they could call a cab for us. Unfortunately, our amazing trip to Greece ended with a terrible experience, sleep deprivation and lots of back pain prior to a 11-hour flight!
