Very handy location 5min walk from Metro and all the major sites. Very comfortable and clean room. Very nice bathroom with good shower. We liked being close to the flea market with all the shops to explore. We ate in the Taste of Home restaurant and The James Joyce next to the appt and both are lovely. Would recommend the Attic Urban Rooftop, Ms Rooftop and 360 Rooftop for drinks with a fab view, All very good! Excellent location to get to all the major sites. We got a metro from the airport for €9, took 45mins. We got another metro to the Preius port to catch a ferry, for €1.10 took 10mins.

We stayed Mon and Tues night. The Monday night we were awake until after 2am with the room vibrating from the new bar downstairs, music was insanely loud!. Then woken at 7am the next morning with music again :( But on the Tues night music was much quieter and stopped at 11pm so we had a much better sleep thankfully!

Kostas is very kind, warm and helpful. We really appreciated him for helping us with the luggages up and down the stairs (lots of stairs because it’s Syros but it’s well-within our expectations). He is also very responsive and excited to give us many great local recommendations in Syros (and even Athens)! We also loved the home-cooked breakfast! Couldn’t recommend more in this comfortable stay. We hope to be back someday!

Marina was an amazing host! She met us outside at the time of arrival and explained the property info. One of the other staff (I believe her name was Yota) was also extremely kind and helpful. She drew us a map of the best beaches to go to as well. They also let us leave our bags after check out. Great stay, very clean rooms for a GREAT price in an even better location.

Rooms terrible condition. First room was room with sea view, hot tub and grand terrace. Dirty, refrigerator wouldn't close due to the amount of ice and leaked all over the floor. wood on terrace rotten with no paint left. hut tub falling apart and didn't work. Room not cleaned. Shower door wouldn't open. Gaps in the loose wooden planks on the terrace so big that my 2 year old daughter 's foot would fit through them. Not a safe room for kids. Second room was nicer room but not cleaned. Bugs everywhere. Pool filthy. The bathtub still filthy even after I asked for it to be cleaned twice. wallpaper hanging off of wall. No kids club, no live music, no entertainment staff at all. Not 5-star all inclusive at all. Cappuccino with breakfast is extra cost. No fizzy drinks with breakfast allowed. Only white/red/rose wine from huge carboard boxes served at bars. I got prosecco with lunch at the italian restaurant (which was filthy too) but had to pay for this during check out and was not informed when offered it. If I wanted wine in my room in the evenings, I had to collect it from the main bar and was given it in paper coffee cups. Barman told me if I gave him a tip he would allow me to have a glass. Main restaurant bar (no table drinks service) had 1 man working there to serve over 500 people. 'Snack bar' is non-existent. Indoor childrens play area filthy with floor falling apart. One toy outside this area that was broken and scratched up my daughter's legs. Outdoor childrens play area a joke. Wooden archway at entrance had fallen over. Childrens pool area filthy and overgrown. All main pools missing tiles that were just loosely floating around to cut your feet up on the bottom of the pool. We left after 3 nights of our 7 night stay and went to a real 5-star all inclusive that was 20-mins drive away. DO NOT GO TO MINOS IMERIAL!!!
