We visited this hotel for a second time. The first one was for an emergency and the hotel back then felt quite new. We were expecting the same experience this time as well since we came back. The hotel is still quite new outside and we were excited to be back. The location is quite nice since it is close to the center. The people working there are nice and accommodating.

First of all, there was a promotion on Booking for a free room upgrade (executive room). The room was very spacious and on the 6th floor. Unfortunately, due to poor maintenance, the windows could not close properly and it was super loud from the street (with cars, etc.). To solve this, the hotel gave us a basic room on the 3rd floor. On the first day, the room was not cleaned. We were out of the hotel until 16:00 pm and then when returned they were going to start cleaning which was not optimal. During the next few days, the cleaning was very superficial and there was a constant lack of toilet paper which we were asking for from the reception. The breakfast was nice but not something extraordinary. To summarize, the price for this hotel is not aligned with what it is offered in the end.

Location was great, just a 15 minute walk into Oia with a supermarket and a couple of restaurants near by. The couple who run the place are lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were cleaned every day and had all the facilities you could need. Highly recommend this place. Gorgeous 360 sea view and sunset from balcony.

We had a room without sunbeds, so some sunbeds or an area to sunbathe would have been nice.

Room was basic but very spacious and comfortable, with all the required amenities. The location was excellent. Very short walk to shops, restaurants, bus stop to town and beaches. If you're looking for a great location look no further.

Some traffic noise since my room was on the main road, however the double glazed windows did an excellent job drowning out the sound. Did not have trouble sleeping.

Great location, very close to the Metro making it easy to get around Athens. Hotel room was spacious, although a little tired the room was very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Most friendliest and comforting people running Marcos Rooms. The property is walking distance to the famous Oia landmark attractions. Nice stay in a budget, very clean.

My room was clean and comfortable however, the outside windows couldn’t be closed fully due to some fault, which made the wind open and close it, disturbing the sleep.
