We visited this hotel for a second time. The first one was for an emergency and the hotel back then felt quite new. We were expecting the same experience this time as well since we came back. The hotel is still quite new outside and we were excited to be back. The location is quite nice since it is close to the center. The people working there are nice and accommodating.

First of all, there was a promotion on Booking for a free room upgrade (executive room). The room was very spacious and on the 6th floor. Unfortunately, due to poor maintenance, the windows could not close properly and it was super loud from the street (with cars, etc.). To solve this, the hotel gave us a basic room on the 3rd floor. On the first day, the room was not cleaned. We were out of the hotel until 16:00 pm and then when returned they were going to start cleaning which was not optimal. During the next few days, the cleaning was very superficial and there was a constant lack of toilet paper which we were asking for from the reception. The breakfast was nice but not something extraordinary. To summarize, the price for this hotel is not aligned with what it is offered in the end.

We were very well received. The breakfast was surprising at €5 per person. Delicious! I'll add a picture of it but it's just a demo of the breakfast. They had many options.. different type of breads, fruits, juice, cereals... It was separated by too types, British/Greek breakfast

We stayed on the top floor and it was very noisy. A door was always slamming. I thought it was the elevator but I did a test and it wasn't. I didn't understand where the noise was coming from.

A very nice hotel. The staff is very kind, the food is very good, there is a wide choice for breakfast and dinner too. Rooms and pool very clean. We will definitely be back.

My partner and I checked in and went out sightseeing. We came back late at night and when we went to take a shower the bathroom simply flooded. The water from the shower was coming out of the drain outside the shower. And not just the shower. When we used the sink tap or flushed the toilet, the water also came out of the drain. I sent a message to the accommodation at night talking about the problem and asking if they could change our room. The next day, we had already had breakfast and I had not received any response regarding the problem. So I decided to go to the reception. When I started explaining the problem, it seemed like they already knew the problem existed. They sent someone to fix it. The person said they had fixed it and so my partner and I tried to enjoy the jacuzzi for a while. So when we went to use the bathroom again, the problem was still there. We needed to go to reception again and ask them to come to the room again. It was super inconvenient. In the end, my partner and I stayed outside in the jacuzzi while someone was inside our bathroom trying to solve the problem. The accommodation said they had no rooms available to offer us. After a second technician went to the room, the problem was resolved. But I was very upset about the problem, the unanswered message, and the fact that the problem happened twice, which meant that it hadn't been resolved the first time. Our room also didn't had Body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Adding this point because the bathroom has a bottle for Body wash and another one for Shampoo/Conditioner and both was empty. It shown me that they were not worried with the details (that makes difference) We didn't pay cheap for this room. It was disappointing! Maybe I wasn't lucky. A shame, because I really fell in love with the place and was super excited to be there.
