- The hosts were great. We met a few diff people (shifts) at reception and they were all spectacular. Very warm and accommodating. - When we arrived, our room smelt of smoke, but Gregory sorted it out in no time. - Days after leaving the resort I realized that I had left some belongs in Cape Sounio. The hotel was happy for me to send them in a taxi and store them for me till O came back from the islands even though I was no longer staying there. - They offer a shuttle service that is cheaper than uber/taxi. - Room was compact clean with a pretty sea-view. The shower is handheld, which wasn't an issue. Just be warmed that they do not provide shower gel and body cream. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo and conditioner. - Beautifully central with a bus just outside and the most amazing restaurants along that stretch of street. Please try Star Fish restaurant- best seafood and service.

- When we walked in, the room smelt of smoke, but they sorted it out. - No shower gel or body cream in the rooms - No tea, coffee, water in the room - no refreshments provided. Water can be bought out of the vending machine for 50c. - Policy states that you leave the key at reception when you walk out. Found that odd.

We spend a week in chania with our 1 year old boy. Tasos is a terrific host. Communication went very smooth, before and during our stay. He is always willing to help, give tips and is open for a chat. We stayed in apartment 'green 2'. There was more than enough space for 2 adults and a 1 year old. The spacious balcony is a big plus. The apartment is only a 3 min walk from the beach where you can find some restaurants and bars.The historical city of chania is only a 20 min walk alongside the sea. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

The room was perfect for me to be travelling alone. It is cheap and you get what you pay for; no frills! But I slept well each night, and loved not having to share a bathroom. Convenient location with bus stops close by. Staff were super friendly and helpful! Room was clean and tidy and everything I needed.

The shower handle was broken so the moveable arm had to balance on a shelf, but I made it work.

Large spacious comfortable apartment, with great service from the hosts. Transportation to and from airport was very easy and a good price. We liked the welcoming treats such as biscuits and juice. Great place to stay if you have an early or late flight.

The shower door was broken causing water to spill outside making the usage of closet hazardous due to water on tiles. Also customer service ia zero. The apartment door Was left OPEN after servicing the next day!!! We The reception couldn't clarify if it was the staff that left it open or something else. Took them over 12 hours to respond and mutiple message as thier housekeeping staff wasn't responding to them! Also requested for 2 extra pillows which I never got.
