i didnt have breakfast included in my stay. The self catering facilities and fridge were good and the size of the apartments were very comfortable as was the decor bed etc. The view from both the room and the balcony is amazing and the comfort of the room was great. the hospitality of the owners was really lovely and attentive. The cleanliness of the apartment and the option to have the rooms cleaned everyday if you wished.fresh towels and sheets. The reception area and the courtyard and hearing and seeing the birds flying around was really nice. The location of irene studios is close to everything you need - the beach the shops the restaurants etc. theres flyscreen on the windows and doors. you feel right at home and room for bags etc.

The steam built up from the showers even with the bathroom window open- also mosquitos manage to get in the room - they often sneak in n from outside when you return from being out - there were plant pots in between doorways that had water collecting trays underneath the pots with water sitting in them for a few days after the plants were watered which is basically a breeding ground for mosquitos - i found the rooms were overpriced for low season as nothing was open on the beach in Mid April when i arrived just a few places open in front of the port that didnt have the best view and a few nice places open within the streets but no beach bars were open yet. ... My view was sometimes spoilt again because i went in low season by a few big trucks that were parked on the beach near the port as there were still works going on to clean beaches or in preparation for the season starting in a few more weeks at least - around early may i think it would have looked like the pictures i had seen. - i found when other guests were around the rooms were not as sound proof as i first thought they were depending on the guests - if they had been for a night out. Also I think in season there might be noises from the playground on the beach in front of the studios - if you have kids i would imagine its perfect to keep an eye on the kids while you enjoy the comforts of your studio balcony.

The studio I was given (no 6) was lovely, everything was spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful looking directly out to sea. Even the back terrace has a beautiful view of the windmill villa and church. The Property is 5 minutes from the port and the main town. Dimitri and his wife are so lovely and helpful. Will be back next year.

The villa is gorgeous, it has everything you need for a great vacation. Nice, calm location, amazing view, beautiful garden, amazing facilities (grill, table tenis, swimming pool). Sofia and Kostas were really friendly and kind. They really made our stay in Greece unforgettable. Thank you very much!

The accommodation is little far from Little Venice, for example. But it's something that is possible to know before book. And justify the price too. Anyway, I would stay there again because in general we liked it!

Simple but very clean. Great location just over the road from the beach. Choice of two excellent on site pools and a wonderful bar. The staff are brilliant - super friendly and excepitionally helpful.

Its location is very central to Monastaraki, metro and busses. A fair amount of restaurants and eateries literary down the road . Enjoyed our stay and will return if opportunity arises.

A very nice hotel. The staff is very kind, the food is very good, there is a wide choice for breakfast and dinner too. Rooms and pool very clean. We will definitely be back.

Needed more toiletries in the bathroom. No red wine or wine list very surprised and Sparkling water was soda water?? Mextvdoor bedroom to no 4 verandah needs a screen.

The cleaning lady was very bad. 6 day stay the towels were changed only once and the bed sheets were not changed. The cleaner seems to mop the floor without sweeping first. Will not stay there again.
