I was on a LEJOG cycling trip and hotel was right on the NCR, The owner was very friendly and helpful and my bike was stored safely and securely overnight. The room was small but ideal for my requirements and being so close to town centre I was able to get a meal easily at night. Breakfast was excellent and great value. . th

Charming 3 bedroom harbour cottage with parking

Beautifully equipped property in a very convenient location. Spacious and very comfortable.Perfect for our group of 5. Hosts were extremely responsive and communicated clearly and well. We had a problem with a smoke detector beeping in the middle of the night and it was fixed immediately. Very comfortable beds.

Upstairs towel rail heater was not working - a minor detail and downstairs shower ran hot and cold rather than maintaining a constant temperature. Parking space was extremely narrow and only suitable for a small car - our friends had a Toyota Yaris and there was just room to squeeze past to get to door.

We loved Nic and Juli. We added an extra day and they went out of their way to accommodate. The bathroom was shared but spotless, as was the kitchen.

Would have liked an elevator, but I understand that they are not common in flats. We had excessive luggage, but Nic chipped in so it was not an issue.

Maybe a bit fr out but I had a car so very easy. Car park busy as obviously the major gym and health club in the area but plenty spaces and in room wouldn’t know all these people were there

There could be more facilities for washing clothes. There could be more hooks at the wall. For hikers as us would be helpfully to have a small number of food at the bar.

I stayed for the 2nd time unfortunately got no sleep due to some inconsiderate person leaving the TV on all night. No amount of knocking on the wall made any difference. I left the first thing in the morning feeling shattered. I luckily booked online, and after speaking to the manager, I was reimbursed. The decision to put the beds next to the TV wall in the next room was not thought out well.
