The grounds were very nice. We liked the fact that there was a bar and restaurant. Our stay was pleasant. The staff we had contact with were very helpful.

We never received any contact from Hengar, so had no idea where to go when we arrived. I sent a message, but got no reply. The staff in the bar and restaurant went in search of our reservation and were able to find it. Our room with two single beds had very little room to move and we hit our shins on the bed frames more than once.

The location was fantastic. The size was excellent.

No on site reception. Door code was a problem. NO free T.V unless you subscribed. NO instructions for appliances. Bed was soft. Cooktop had a crack in it.
