My partner uses crutches to get around; I let the host know in advance & requested a ground floor room, (non-existant). Pierre bent over backwards to get us into what I would call an enormous, "very French" first floor room, at no extra cost; what a star! The hotel is in the centre of the city, (as the name suggests), & is very close to the main car park, (discount ticket provided by the host), with many other shops, including an Auchan, nearby. Françoise is a delight to do business with; such a kind, helpful person. I would definitely stay here again. Great restaurant nearby with proper cuisine relating to the area.

The location is great 500m from the beach Good for restaurants/bars supermarkets bike rental etc…. The flat is bright with a balcony, small kitchen so cooking is a little limited but it’s enough. Bathroom is all right.

The balcony and the apartment floor were dusty and not very clean. The bed sheets and bathroom towels were NOT included in the price of the flat so we had to make a request to have some and it came at an EXTRA cost. It does mention this on booking.com but I didn’t see it. So it came as surprise. The sofa bed is not comfortable and the sheets that you pay for won’t great either I’m afraid.

Ideally situated on the outskirts of St Malo for not only the ferry port but also exploring a wider area. Large and clean rooms. Use of a hot tub and sauna available. Good choice at breakfast.

The property management representative wasn't helpful. She said that taxi access to the property was available but this wasn't so. We had to walk quite a way with heavy bags because our taxi was unable to access the street were this property is.
