We came there 11 o’clock in the morning, with the bus from airport till palmanova and had to walk about 700m to the hotel. Location probably one of the best in this city for the hotel, it is on top of a peninsula. With the wonderful sea view. It is a big hotel with a nice stuff, good facilities. Buffet had a good and big choice of food, every day something new, but if you will get half board you would only be able to drink water and no soft drinks, coffee etc. I would also like to mention Santiago every day he greeted us with a smile and gave us good mood during the buffet, nice person. Overall we had really good stay there. In the evening it is best time to chill to party to enjoy the view, city.

When you came for check in they probably will offer you “an upgrade” to apartment room, this is not an upgrade, they probably just want to earn some money on this. We booked one comfort double room and one apartment room. And during check in they told us that we got second room as well apartment one, you can either refuse or accept it. Apartment room is a bigger one but it is in building like 15 meters away. Not in the main building. Hotel room is a smaller but with the nicer view. But don’t be scared to demand what you booked. Room furniture should be renovated. And the main problem is a bed, it wasn't just a double bed it was two beds that shifted together, but they were constantly moving apart, they were both on wheels, it was simply unbearable, and the main problem of the hotel, I had never seen such bad beds. If you are a couple that can spoil the romantic mood in the evening. Fix that please.

This place is fantastic. Location is really central, very comfortable apartment, and the host was amazing. Really great breakfast provided and just extremely helpful in general with tips on where to eat and anything else we needed. Highly recommended

The apartment is newly renovated and very nice and comfortable. Very spacious place. Hosts were very responsive, and the location is great.

The building in which the apartment is is curently being renovated so the entrance is a bit shabby but it doesn't make a big difference and there wasn't any noise.

It's a small point but having booked I had a long email in Spanish from El Beatario, which I translated using Google and then translated my English reply to Spanish and pasted in. And then it wouldn't sent! Something awry with the email, which is probably sorted now anyway.
