I didn't meet any staff.. it was self check in so no control whatsoever.. my neighbour decided to have a party until 3/4am wit so much noise I nearly went mental.. I tried to reason wit them twice but had no reaction from them.. ot felt like it could of got dangerous .. I had a 29km walk in front of me at 7am so it not only ruined my sleep but made my next day really, really hard... no staff is obviously a saving for d owner but I wish I had somebody to talk 2 besides my pissed , arrogant , couldn't care less neighbours who almost got physical because I complained.. I won't take that risk again wit a non staffed property...

There is no place with this name .l reserve at this place when we arrive and ask about the place it doesnot exists and the didnot rely for the telephone call .. it was really a fraud..never ever reserve with them. l So wehad to reserve in anther place and paid triple of the price because we were frustrated and tired being in the street .

Perfect room and bathroom. Quiet location, about 15-20 minutes walking from center of Gasteiz. Very friendly and helpful service. Safe Parking under hotel for €10. Great restaurant in the hotel.

The place was clean and comfortable. Situated in the main square of the old town, close to bars and restaurants. Easy free parking on the road in front of the building.

Lovely staff on reception who went out of their way to be helpful. Great breakfast buffet. Fantastic location on promenade and right next to the beach.

Extremely dissatisfied Room like a cubard small window opening internally so no means of escape in event of fire.stuffy.and dark Didn't stay second night even though already paid for in advance as found the whole place opressive. Shared bathroom didn't work well as person accidently walked in on toilet when in use as lock v poor This accommodation is far from what is expected from advert
