I have stayed at many Five Star hotels and I wouldn’t have this in that classification, the staff were lovely especially Lukas. I do feel that as it’s such a big complex you should probably have an adults only pool and more adults entertainment not just child entertainment. I think, unless you have children, you wouldn’t really want to stay here. It’s excellent for families though. I was travelling with my mum and my sister, but I had my own room booked and at first they put me in a different block right in the corner facing off fence which was quite scary and gave me bad anxiety, they did move me after a couple of days after I requested it.

I didn’t like that you had to keep going up to the bar if you wanted a cold drink. I don’t think you should have to pay that much for the coffee pods and the milk either.

The interiors are gorgeous, with a room that was not only beautiful but also featured the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. The rooftop is a standout, boasting a lovely bar with views of the Sagrada Familia and a nice-looking pool. Downstairs, there's a beautiful bar serving delicious coffee and pastries in the morning, and a pizza restaurant that was absolutely delicious. The room service and cleaning was also very good, making my stay even more enjoyable.

While the hotel has its charms, there are some drawbacks. It's frustrating to pay a premium for a room and then be charged extra for a sunbed or cabana by the pool. Use is free before 10am, but not everyone wants to go swimming that early on holiday. The cost is €40 for a sunbed and €80 for a cabana, which can be redeemed against food and drink, but it wasn't justifiable as my partner doesn't drink alcohol. Paying over £1,500 for a room and not being able to use the pool feels unreasonable. Additionally, the staff at the rooftop bar weren't very attentive. For such a premium room, it's disappointing that the TV doesn't have Netflix, Amazon Prime, or similar services; you can only screen mirror if you have a Samsung phone, which excludes iPhone users.

The location is perfect for a stay in Soller and to explore other towns nearby. A (paid) car parking spot is about a 5-minute walk away. The bed is really comfy and has an amazing (garden/town) view to wake up to! There is plenty of space for two people to stay comfortably for a few days, no problem. Luxury sheets and thick fluffy towels made us feel like we were in a 5-star hotel.

When we arrived, the key code for the apartment door didn't work. So, we had to wait an hour and a half for the property owner to come and let us in with a regular key. We had also requested a parking spot in advance but weren't told which number it was. Since we arrived on a Sunday, we parked in any spot because Sundays were free. However, we were still charged for the parking for this day which was a shame. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not very well-equipped for 2 people, e.g., there are only 2 of everything (forks, cups, glasses, etc.), so if you want to cook at home, you are constantly washing up utensils. They could be a bit more generous with this offering. Also, the frying pans were useless. I couldn't even fry an egg without it getting completely stuck and turning into scrambled egg. Would expect better quality at an accommodation of this calibre.

The staff are absolutely lovely, very friendly and helpful. I was at a convention in CCIB, so the commute was excellent. A few minutes walk. Everything is super convenient, transport, shops etc.

Next to Niki beach, means that it’s very noisy, you can’t relax at swimming pool, which is open from 10. You can hear softens music everywhere. Rooms need renovation. I personally don't like rubber flooring.from swimming pool you see naked people taking bath in the rooms which is funny.
