The hotel is in an unbeatable location in Oviedo - across the road from the historic old town and one block away from the lively, cider house filled Gasocona Street. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The view of the San Pelayo Monastery from my hotel window was stunning. The hotel is tastefully decorated and the staff at the Gran Regente were professional, friendly and very accommodating. I would definately recommend this hotel.

For a four star hotel, the toiletries were rather sparse - a tiny thing though, given all the positive features of the hotel.

The facility presents itself very well. Well maintained and cared for, living room kitchen open space well lit with a double bedroom also bright, also the bathroom although blind is very comfortable and well maintained. The owner is really very helpful

The outside area is great and big. It's a calm area which we really liked. The price was good.

It wasn't really clean, so we didn't feel comfortable - that was the biggest issue. The keys are to picked up in Javea as it's a bigger company renting the house - so it's quite anonymous. Plus, there's only 1 key for 6 travelers.
