I strongly recommend to stay in this appartment. Santiago stayed in touch all the time, all questions were answered immediately. Extremely clean, fresh. The kitchen was equipped on top level. Ocean view is something amazing. We are so happy we managed to book such a good apartments.

Everything! It was neat, very clean and our towels were changed often and our room was clean. The location is crazy centric! Right in the heart of the old town

I liked everything about the property, it is in the old town so the walls are a tiny bit thin but the host has many signs in the stay for guest to be mindful of the noise. All super well organized.

We stayed in Loft Apartment 1 which looked lovely on checking in but appearances can be deceiving. The noise from the other apartments, especially the one above us, footsteps, banging and knocking late at night. The shower head needed to be descaled or replaced. The toilet system leaked. Using more than one appliance in the kitchen tripped the circuit breaker.

We had to move rooms on day 2 due to a leak, and then had a terrible smell in the bathroom for the remaining 2 days. Shower in second room was broken. Other vibra hotels are better i.e Algarb & Flow

AC unit in 1 bedroom makes an awful noise so wasn’t able to have it on. The noise monitor in the apartment is veryyyy sensitive, at 1 point it was activated because 4 people laughed at the same time! Sadly we are still having to chase for our security deposit which was held to be refunded, no response from the company. (Nothing was damaged so no other reason for this to be held, no communication post check out.)

The place is quite nice, location also good.

Not safe to be near the pool. There is a golf area next to the pool. During my stay a guest was seriously injured with a golf ball. The golf ball was flying strait to the pool area and hit a guests head. Very scary. The guest was taken to the hospital as golf ball hit into his head so hard, that we heard a terrible noice and then saw blood all over him. We asked to close golf place, but next day it was open. Hotel did not call the police nor did anything else to protect guests. So we decided to avoid pool area. Hotel mostly has middle aged guests, and such accident could have cost someones life.
