This place was a dream. Charo was a superb host, answering any questions via text right away (they live right beside), delivering keys at a late check-in, and having a super positive vibe about her. The place itself is immaculate, not staged but well decorated. It has a super homey feel, with everything you need. Both beautiful and comfortable. The views (of the ocean and the mountain) are spectacular and it is halfway between the beach and Mijas town - about 10 minute drive each way. Lastly, the outdoor space is so perfect for chilling: great sized pool, two level backyard, fruit trees (lemons!), a canopy bed, outdoor dining set, and veranda seating. Plus the most comfortable and realistic fake grass I have ever come across.

There isn't much to complain about, but the pool is not heated (which I assume is the norm in this part of the world). This is only an issue if you're coming during shoulder season, when it is slightly cooler, with young kids. But when it's hot, it does not matter!

The owners were very super friendly and met us to hand over the keys. They gave great advice on which beaches to visit and where to catch the best sunset, also they gave us some interesting background info on the house. The location is very nice, plenty of beautiful beaches just 10-15 mins drive away and the neighborhood is (usually) quiet and pretty. It's a cute little house and has everything you need.

If you have sensitive lungs or asthma, this house is probably not for you. The smell of mold is strong and there are quite a few artificial room scents that add up to the irritation. I have asthma and did not do well there, even my partner was really bothered by the moldy smell. Also, there was a two-day festival with traditional music about 20 meters from the house with really loud music and program until 2:30am on the first night. It was nice to pass by for a drink at daytime, but we certainly didn't get much sleep.

A very good hotel, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the place was very stylish and clean. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Will definitely stay again. Secure underground car park.

Apartamento Patio Real Bellavista

Location is great. The flat is ok for two or free persons. Opposite of the app is small shop. Comunication through Whatts App in spanish. Ronda is wonderful, you can´t make a mistake.

Steet was undrer the reconstruction, no possibility of parking, noise - but from 8 am. Parking garages for 21 EUR per day. Double bed is for one person. No coffe machine or simple instant coffe which I would appreciate.

Everything else. We booked a double and arrived to a twin. We saw no one at reception to speak to about this the whole time we were there, and they never replied to any of our messages. One of the beds had a slat hanging off. The bathroom was mouldy and had damp patches, and there was a smell of damp. The shower head was broken and the shower leaked on the floor. The towel rail was hanging loose from the wall. Generally the room was in bad condition. No response from the hotel when we tried to contact them about this. All in all would not recommend
