The lady with black curly hair at the reception is amazing and really helpfull. The room is comfortable ,clean, and so fresh. The location is perfect since you cant use any transport mean in the historic center , that means that you can easily transfer your luggage in the hotel or find a taxi to go around the historic center.

Absolutely Beautiful hotel! Close to Estepona. The staff are absolutely fantastic. From the moment you walk in the door the staff are so friendly! Not one of the staff is unpleasant! My night clothes were folded beautifully before bed time . Have to share a pic. Chocolates left on pillow.

Good location, although the new hotel next door has on-going working which was noisy - only one really bad day though. Room was fine, should have booked a slightly larger one - my fault. Breakfast was great - as was access to beach. Relaxing sun lounging area - nice cocktails!

Pool was always in the shade - not much you can do about it. Car parking was tight - again, it is what it is... Occasional late night noise from across the road - Cafe Romantica... but hey ho, others were enjoying themselves....

We got the worst room of the hotel. Next to the main avenue (single glazing), the dining room and the lobby. Very noisy. That room should not be used as it is impossible to rest without earplugs. Or that room should be cheaper as, other than the noise, the room is also quite small (only 30 cm to walk between the beds and the wall) and the bathroom is also small with a small bathtub with difficult exit (danger of slipping). Staff could not relocate us unfortunately. Other than that, great location, clean.

that is not the responsibility of the hotel, but there were some very rude guests, removing your towel from your beachbed when you quickly go into your room to make a call as the internet connection is not the best on the rooftop...
