What did I like? I like everything, very clean and comfortable room, and the view from the balcony was pretty nice. The staff was incredible and the breakfast was unexpectedly good.

Location is not the greatest although is close enough to town there is nothing near you, the drive to town is about 20min. I didn't have the time to go but some hiking and waterfall is near by, I guess is a trade in between shopping or nature.

A spacious beautiful apartment just next to one of the shopping streets and the train station.

No daily cleaning, no shampoo and douche gel, no dishwasher, either dirty or just unpleasant to bare feet floor, no prior instructions from the staff how to get the key and what is the wifi password (needed to call them), no guest card that is apparently the requirement for all accomodations and was needed to visit the aquarium (spent a few minutes asking the staff to let us in).

They have no responsibility to the customer. They advertise on booking that they have 24-hour reception, but they send you an email the day before check-in saying that there is only someone there until 10pm and that you need to pay for them to leave a password that gives access to the entrance key. I made the payment as requested and when I arrived after midnight I didn't have any keys. I was on the street in the early hours of the morning with nowhere to go. The next day they couldn't explain what happened and to this day they haven't refunded the amount paid or even given me a response about what happened.

Their restaurant is closed! When I booked it showed it was open - but it wasn't! Why wasn't I told? I chose this because of the on-site restaurant. It is in the edge of an industrial estate. I walked about 10 minutes to a good restaurant, Martynas.

We stayed at first floor,which was near entrance parking and entrance, so had to keep window closed because of noice and cigarette smoke of people outside. Digital access made it convienant but also unpersonal. Sink in bathroom had musty smell and multiple silverfish crawled out. This was fixed later.
