My German's not so good but Sandra's review says it all ! Simple accommodation in small caravan in Reno's garden! (like camping pod) . No luxury..but all essentials at an unbeatable price! Perfect for bikers and hikers. I was there solo with my old dog and enjoyed the lovely garden and duck pond!. Remo was extremely kind and helpful with everything I needed. It's close to a lovely little swimming lake with clear water and a wakeboarding facility. Great base for a few days while in Mecklenburgishe Seenplatte National Park.

My room was spacious, super clean, comfortable and quiet. I had a lovely bathroom as well. The hotel is located in the city centre, which was very convenient. I appreciated having a mini fridge available and the possibility to order breakfast in the hotel as well.

I spent a long weekend in Bonn and one of those days there was some sort of incident so only disgusting rusty water was coming out of the tap and shower. I reported this to the receptionist and got a very inadequate response from him, offering no compensation whatsoever for the inconvenience, just a bottle of drinking water should the situation last long term. Other points that could be improved: wifi, there could be an electric kettle in the room

Very clean and comfortable space. For the price, it's a very spacious and well-decorated room. The staff is so friendly and made me feel very welcomed. It was my second stay and I plant to continue coming back.

If you arrive by train at Hamburg Hbf (and not Hamburg Altona), then it takes a while by public transport to get to the hotel.
