i am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the staff I interacted with were consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. Additionally, the housekeeping schedule was not as advertised. I was informed upon check-in that rooms would be cleaned every 5 days. However, to my surprise, our room remained uncleaned for 7 days. When we finally requested cleaning on the 7th day, we were told there would be a charge. This inconsistency and unexpected charge caused significant inconvenience during my stay.
