Everything's great😁👍🏻. A very nice host who welcomed us personally and provided us with a garage for our motorcycle🏍. Everything in the facility is as described on booking.com. Clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom are spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. The entrance to the apartment is via a spiral metal staircase, which we really liked. Nearby you can eat well and visit a very nice town🏛. Everything at your fingertips. We would like to thank the host 👍🏻💪🏻👏🏼 very much and we highly recommend it.

Amazing design, stylish rooms with everything you need. Great breakfast and the most stunning coworking space I have ever worked in. Plus excellent value for money. I wish there were more Ruby hotels around (in Italy !!!)

It’s huge , so you can get lost… and the bar area is pretty dark, cool and fancy in the evening, maybe a bit gloomy for breakfast

Walls are quite thin and you can hear others opening the doors and leaving early in the morning. We didn't have shower gel / shampoo in the room only hand soap.

Cleanliness of bathroom was poor. Breakfast was extremely disappointing - lacking selection and no hot food available. Bar had no drinks available. Wi-Fi poor.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly.

It is in a pretty dangerous neighborhood, next to the red light district. It was very loud, fron outside and inside because the walls are really thin. From outside there were men screaming until late in the night. We booked a room for 2 but the bed was too small for 2 people, and the matress was a disaster. Overall, not a place where you can rest or sleep.

The pool was closed and everyday they told us it would be fixed tomorrow . We were there for 3 nights and 4 days and it never got fixed . Also the reception staff told us they would deliver coffee and tissues ... they never arrived . A unit with a kitchen but no cleaning products and no house keeping .

The lady at the reception first put me in an old room that I didn't reserve in Booking . After my complaint I got my room. I think she did it on purpose . Breakfast at the level of two stars, terribly meager. Rooms at the level of max 3 stars. Overpriced parking ticket 22euro. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Max 2-3 stars
