Fast easy and helpful check-in with leaflets and baggage storage available. Very varied and tasty breakfast! Perfect location, close to old town but extremely quiet. Bed very comfortable!

It is a nice location to access the brewery, old town, and other main attractions. They also offer a parking place. We usually travel to Pilzen by car, so this is a good point for us.

We used this hotel for the second time. We liked it the first time, that's why we booked this hotel again. This time, our bed was not so much comfortable as before, the bed mattress was bent. When the guest in the room next to ours used the bathroom, it made a terrible noise and was too noisy to sleep. The bed mattress was bent.

It is a pity that they don't bother to say good afternoon, let alone to say welcome. So the conversation was "Documents. Cash or by card? Room is on the first floor' Full stop. There was noise from the bar below and from a dog until late at night.. I could't have breakfast, at 8 AM there was nobody around. Being polite is the key to success.
