Hotel allow early check-in as soon as possible as they have a room. We checked in at 10+am instead of 3pm. Appreciate it so much! The room was clean, everything was perfect. Space was big, shower was nice. Room service was on time everyday and did a perfect work. Location was the BEST. Subway H gate was just in the same building. Entrance uncle was friendly and worry bout us rain and no umbrella.

I had 2 stays in this hotel separated by a travel in the weekend to another city. While I left a suitcase and 2 small bags (filled with catalogs and business cards collected at the fair), I received a message during my weekend trip that I have to arrive before 6 p.m. for the 2nd booking, otherwise my reservation would be canceled if I don't pay in advance, the details of my bank card used for the reservation are not sufficient! Despite several attempts to communicate with the Hotel to explain my late arrival due to my trip, the fact that they had my belongings and that my reservation was guaranteed on Booking by my bank card, the hotel staff did not want to know anything. Fortunately I was able to get a room because there was still availability when I arrived, otherwise I don't know what could have happened. The worst part was that I discovered that they had lost one of the 2 bags that I left with all the documents that were in it. It took more than 24 hours and several complaints from me before they decided to look at the cameras to discover that one of the customers was allowed to enter the baggage room alone and took my bag by mistake. Fortunately, the guest had just arrived at the Hotel and was still staying there, so I was able to collect my bag the next day. No need to dwell on the condition of the Hotel and the rooms which are very far from what is announced and displayed on the Booking website. Finally, don't rely on the rating, the hotel manager aggressively insists on customers during check-out to fill out the Booking feedback on the spot and give it good rating. Personally, I refused and have seen other customers do the same, but I suppose some customers might be intimidated. The manager becomes very aggressive and unpleasant when we refuse to fill out the feedback on the spot!

All the appliances had Chinese characters and no translated information on how to operate. It seemed to be aimed at a Chinese market. We liked everything about the hotel. With a little more information and translation of the facilities it wound be perfect.

The room was terrible, there was mold in the bathroom, the tiles were dirty, plus the sink was clogged. In the bedroom there were tons of hair on the floor and the curtains were stained and broken. It looked like housekeeping hadn’t come in weeks. Also the bed was the hardest I have ever slept on and a window wouldn’t close?? I don’t understand the nice reviews of this place, it was very gross and I was very disappointed with my stay there.
