The owner makes you feel like at home . Is very clean and accommodating . Very quiet and relaxing . If you want to go to the Great Wall is in a walking distance. They prepared delicious home made dinner and breakfast so was tasty and hassle free. They let us choose our bedroom .

Perfect place to spend time before flight. Location is very close to airport, there was a transfer to terminal 2. It takes literally 5 minutes to take to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable and there was a beautiful view to the lake and planes.

The club lounge was beautifully decorated .. stunning and spotless. The rooms are a very good size and the cleanliness was second to none.

Staff have very little understanding of English. For such a large international hotel filled with Indian, English, Australian, German, French, Arabic customers, the one common Languarge is English and little to no staff were really able to communicate. Trying to get a ferry booked took me a morning running between reception on floor 11 and concierge on ground floor which makes no sense. I can see why having a concierge presence at the front door works but having to run up and down the floors constantly was a pain. On check in, even though the hotel was no where close to being full… my room was not ready so I was asked to go shopping and come back. Again on check out, I approached one of the islands and was asked how they could help. I advised I would like to check out and they said oh ok, sit down and we will be with your shortly after I have helped this person checking in … who was not standing at the island but was running around the hotel acquiring a card. There were 5 other reception staff there who did nothing to help. I feel the staff and the check in / check out for me left a lot to be desired and from such a big brand in an area where it has a huge international presence right next door to the Louvre Furniture Mall… I would have expected a little better. Internet connection was also a disaster.
