amazing hotel, convenient location (near two bays, a bus stop, shops, there is a cafe in the hotel itself), near the park The deer turned its head, the rooms are very clean and have everything you need, we lived for almost three weeks as a family with a 5-year-old child, we are very glad that we chose this to stay! ) You can also rent a moped here. there live two cute dogs, birds, a turtle and fish) very caring owners, ready to help in any matter)) thank you very much for your hospitality!!)) definitely recommend 👍

The location on a popular street with several restaurants/street food right next to the hotel. The small breakfast pack reserved for customers in the morning. Unfortunately, it was there for a few days and then it disappeared.

The rooms are very small and the hotel is quite old, some rooms have been renovated but this is not the case on all floors. The photos on Booking are misleading. Be careful with the rooms facing the street, very noisy. Smell of cigarettes in the rooms! Sometimes smoke even comes from neighboring rooms through the ventilation system! The hotel is very far from the Metro stations, it takes around fifteen minutes to walk. The distances noted on Booking are false. The first day upon arrival I could not find the Hotel alone even with the help of passers-by. Western GPS systems do not recognize the hotel or the address indicated. I had to take a Taxi and give him the address in Chinese to get there. On Booking the hotel claims a free shuttle to the airport, but this is not true. There is no shuttle at all. The staff does not speak English, even at the reception the level of English is very low. They ask you to pay in advance for your stay and they do not warn you that Visa/Mastercard cards...are not accepted. If you don't use Alipay or Wechat, you need to provide Cash, but they don't tell you that before, even though the card information is requested for reservation, it's not enough. My suitcase was searched during my stay. Even if a priori I haven't lost anything, it's very frustrating to realize that the suitcase has been forced. When I reported to reception, I was told that investigation will be made, but I never heard back

I had 2 stays in this hotel separated by a travel in the weekend to another city. While I left a suitcase and 2 small bags (filled with catalogs and business cards collected at the fair), I received a message during my weekend trip that I have to arrive before 6 p.m. for the 2nd booking, otherwise my reservation would be canceled if I don't pay in advance, the details of my bank card used for the reservation are not sufficient! Despite several attempts to communicate with the Hotel to explain my late arrival due to my trip, the fact that they had my belongings and that my reservation was guaranteed on Booking by my bank card, the hotel staff did not want to know anything. Fortunately I was able to get a room because there was still availability when I arrived, otherwise I don't know what could have happened. The worst part was that I discovered that they had lost one of the 2 bags that I left with all the documents that were in it. It took more than 24 hours and several complaints from me before they decided to look at the cameras to discover that one of the customers was allowed to enter the baggage room alone and took my bag by mistake. Fortunately, the guest had just arrived at the Hotel and was still staying there, so I was able to collect my bag the next day. No need to dwell on the condition of the Hotel and the rooms which are very far from what is announced and displayed on the Booking website. Finally, don't rely on the rating, the hotel manager aggressively insists on customers during check-out to fill out the Booking feedback on the spot and give it good rating. Personally, I refused and have seen other customers do the same, but I suppose some customers might be intimidated. The manager becomes very aggressive and unpleasant when we refuse to fill out the feedback on the spot!
