Nice little hotel managed by Wally. Located 5min from the Eastern park entrance, and 5min from the bus station, so super convenient. The bed was confortable, and the street is quiet. Wally was helpful and always available to answer my questions. I was backpacking and I really appreciated the option to do a laundry and to take a shower after my check-out, at the end of a long hot day in the park! It must be a pretty demanding job since Wally seems to be manning the place 24/7 so hats off to him. For breakfast there's a Chinese breakfast buffet for 15CNY next door, or Starbucks at the park entrance.

Negative section of review
The room is not in absolute perfect condition (one ceiling light was dead, hair dryer not attached to the wall, a hole in a towel...), so don't go expecting a 4-star hotel. But it's nothing bad in my opinion, for the price and the service I think you get great value here.

Location is in the middle of the bussiness centre, you have a lot to do around, The hotel is nice clean and modern, has a huge gym and a pool. FYI: don't forget your head cap for swimming, you will be not allowed to swimm in the pool. Also the are around the hotel was very safe and beautiful.

I suggest changing the breakfast menu, if not daily, as it is not suitable for guests who are staying for an extended period of time to have the same breakfast options.

Very bad experience with this hotel. They took deposit 1200CNY and didn't return.

My colleagues where travelling to Canton fair in April. I booked 2 rooms for them, the hotel took deposit 600+600cny from my card 2 weeks before stay, which was illegal and wasn't mentioned anywhere cause I had a free cancellation untill April 15th. Anyways later on when they checked-in, the hotel took the full price and said that the deposit they will return after check out, they were too tired after long flight to argue. So today is 21 of May, there's still no refund. They send me screenshots that everything was sent but after total 4 hours on the phone and 1 hour in the bank, nothing appeared on the account. Do you need all these problems? I don't think so!
