Requested a harbour view room and was not disappointed. The checkin process was smooth and friendly and even included a complimentary welcome cocktail. Comfortable bed, great shower in the newly renovated bathroom. We ate at the Bear restaurant both nights and had excellent food and service there as well.

The room was a little small, with only room for one uncomfortable chair but the bed was comfortable and we were not spending a lot of time in the room so it was not a big issue. No fridge but a cooler and free ice were provided and served our needs for the two nights we were there. Wifi was a little unreliable.

Great location, cute a cozy apartment. Easy keyless entry. Hosts were wonderful. Beds were fantastic. Nothing bad to say, it was a great place to stay to explore the city for the weekend.

It's close to the train station. Parking is free. 24h front staff.

Very dirty rooms. They did not clean the room even if you ask. They did not offer coffee in the rooms after the first day. Blankets in the bed were dirty and they didn't clean in between the days, we had to make our own beds, even when we asked them twice and left the sign in the door. There's no ice or water dispenser.

An old property. Needs tidy up. Rubbish bin not cleaned everyday. However, new towles provided eveyday. Property reads washing machine provided. However property manager said she has no time to come and open the laundry room. Found her a bit rude on phone. Outside presentation poor. Grass not cut. Rubbish all around. No dressing table, no mirror in the room.
