Very clean and comfortable room. Shower was the best we’ve experienced in a hotel. Good location. Good breakfast. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, especially staff on the front desk. We recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to return if we visit Montréal again.

I am delighted to be Emir's first guest at this property. Emir is welcoming, offering complimentary breakfast, snacks, and beverages, along with a variety of choices for toiletries and toothpaste. His attention to detail is evident. The facilities are all very new.

The entire floor has three rooms shared with other guests. It would be even more perfect if each room were a bit larger. However, considering the current price, the value for money is excellent.

The location was excellent, it was a short distance walk from everything I wanted to see. The parking lot behind the building was hard to find, but once we found it, it was extremely convenient.

They did not provide the slipper. My room was located in third floor and the elevator did not work!!! It was too noisy as we could not take a short nap at the afternoon. I was annoyed by staff who were working during the afternoon loudly. There was no specific room for serving breakfast. They served breakfast in the lobby room where just there were 4 tables, we had to wait around 20 minutes to get a share table with other guests!!!!! The quality of breakfast was awful and too simple, no sausage and bacon, they just provided boiled eggs and beans and some hand made package of cheese and peanut butter plus a waffle maker that was a too long line!!! The orange juice was artificial!!!
