The reception staff were very friendly and competent. There was a lift even though it was only one floor up which was greatly appreciated. The room was welcoming with the heating being switched on. There was a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The bed was king size and very comfortable. Kitchenette had microwave, small hob, small fridge and enough cutlery, crockery and kitchen supplies for 2 people. Bathroom was very adequate with a rainfall shower plus a washing machine and dryer. Walking distance to the Gungahlin marketplace with all the shops you could imagine. Canberra raiders club just around the corner which provided excellent meals. Plenty of take away shops and restaurants all within a few metres of the hotel. Internet was excellent as well.

There were a lot of workers staying there, so if you had the sliding door open to the balcony, there was a lot of noise at night, but apart from that, there were no negatives. Not the hotels fault that people were chatting outside into the night time.

Great location and very clean - we were met at the door by our host and given tour . We were the only guests upstairs so has the whole floor to ourselves. Breakfast in morning was an added bonus and was delicious. Thanks for a great stay

Very loud music outside room - had to ask staff for band to move Very long wait time for food at restaraunt - no acknowledgement or apology from staff No backup toilet paper roll in room

The cleaners at 7.30pm, noisy and cleaning trollies and vacuum cleaners blocking the hallway and around our door. Doors banging in the morning, not sure if cleaners or guests but it was happening a lot. The beds ( single) were very narrow and difficult to get comfortable.

Location was great. Clean and comfortable.

Loud and noisy people next to me. Tired looking building. Called about dirty glassware outside my room from the time I checked in. Was still there the day I was leaving.
