We stayed in a Deluxe Eco tent, which was surprisingly spacious, the beds were amazingly comfortable and the tent had large mesh windows, allowing plenty of fresh air to enter as well as a small deck to take in the jaw dropping night sky. Listening to the dingos howl in the middle of the night added to the ambience of this outdoor glamping experience.

One staff member was quiet obnoxious when it came to requesting enough milk to make the"complimentary" tea and coffee they provide to ALL guests staying in tents, thus why they supply guests with a large furnace!. Perhaps he needs to refresh his mind of this by re reading the eco retreats website, compendium and signage within the restaurant before making such unnecessary comments to paying guests!

Newly renovated, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Nice and quiet despite inner city location. Located well for Bourke st mall and walking distance to train station for airport transfers.

The rooms were not screened from outside lights at night, which made sleeping uncomfortable until they turned off (12MN?) Blinds on all windows or turning the lights off earlier would fix the problem - other guests noted the same issue.

Initial check in was excellent but then I was put onto a sales team member, which I wasn’t happy about because I could hardly understand his accent, was very pushy. I have never come across this before in our extensive vacation history.

The shower pressure was not very good at all and the water in the shower didn’t get very hot despite having the cold water turned right down. Also, we ordered the cheesecake from room service x 2 and it was served with cream on the side but the cream was off. When we complained about how sour the cream was they didn’t offer a refund or apologise.
